We gather every Lord's Day morning to feast on Jesus Christ by faith as He meets with us and nourishes us with His grace through Word and Sacrament. This is the heart and soul of our church.

What to Expect

Sometimes visiting a new church can be awkward. Hopefully, this explanation of how we do worship will help you understand what to expect!
 

Outline of the Service

Please know that when you come to visit, you will be greeted by someone at the door with the church bulletin. The church bulletin will go through the outline of the service, which includes church announcements, the list of hymns the congregation will sing, the sermon, and times for prayer! Our pastor usually preaches between 30 to 40 minutes.
 

Worship Style

Redeemer URC is committed to worship that is joyful and reverent as we sing Psalms, hymns, and spiritual songs to the Lord.
 
Our worship is also dialogical: God speaks to us through His Word, and we respond to Him in prayer and praise.
 

Expositional Preaching

We value expositional preaching through books of the Bible in both morning and evening services. There's nothing better than mining the riches of the gospel from all the Scriptures!
